I now love Kale!!!

Why Kale?
Because its delicious!!!!
Leafy greens are loaded with calcium, iron, chlorophyll, and Vitamin C, and help combat stress, lift the mood, and heal the organs. Considered a superfood, ingest every day, if possible.

My recipe- about 4-6 leaves (half a bunch), rip off of stems, place in my handy dandy pampered chef steamer, rinse, add about a half cup of water... Microwave for 3.5 min, drain if needed, salt with Himalayan salt and lemon juice to taste!!--- Enjoy!!!! :)

Varieties: kale, dandelion greens, swiss chard, collard greens, mustard greens, arugula, spinach, romaine, watercress.
