Delicious & Healthy Lunch

1 Grilled tilapia filet
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 green bell pepper
1/4 yellow bell pepper
1 mushroom
1/4 Roma tomato
1/6 white onion

Grill fish with non fat cooking spray, lime juice and a little fajita seasoning..
Grill all veggies together with 1/2 Tbsp olive oil.... Adding the mushroom, beans and tomatoes at the end....
Serve in one warmed while wheat tortilla.... To with 1/8 cup of shredded Mex cheese and salsa :)

Protein - 33g


Tip- want less calories? No cheese no tortilla....make it a bowl instead put all the goodness over some romaine lettuce!!
