Day one of the ultimate rest!!!!

Day one was a challenge but went good.... I was really tired by the afternoon... Bonus, slept like a baby!!!

Day 1/21
   
      B- Scrambled eggs, kale with pine nuts and two pieces of
      wheat toast
   
      L- large green salad with tons of veggies and home made
      garlic dressing (omg amazing)
   
      S- green apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter
   
      D- steelhead, asparagus, boiled baby potatoes
   
      One gallon of distilled water
   
      No intense workouts aloud for the next 21 days!! 
   
      30 min walk
