Ultimate Reset Journey

Ultimate Reset
   
      Day #2/21
   
      B- 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup yogurt
   
      L- Greek chicken salad with home made balsamic vinaigrette
      dressing
   
      S- small green apple with 1 tbs of peanut butter
   
      D-Black beans, brown rice, corn, avocado, salsa, 1 corn
      tortilla, steamed kale with pine nuts.
   
      A little over one gallon of distilled water with himalayan
      salt
   
        No intense workouts aloud for the next 21 days!! 
     
        30 min walking, house cleaning and playing outside with
        Fallon.
