Day #3


      Ultimate Reset 
   
      Day 3/21
   
       B- 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of whole grain toast,
      kale w/          pine
      nuts  
   
      L- green salad loaded with veggies, lime lentile salad 
   
      S- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt with honey, 1 cup strawberries 
   
      D- steelhead trout, 3/4 cup baby potatoes, 1 cup asparagus
   
      1.5 gallons of distilled water

Had a rough night... The soreness kicked in from the toxins leaving my body..... Felt good throughout the day... Wish I could workout but I know its for the best!!
