Never Give Up!!!!

Yesterday-
   
      S- Cottage Cheese with Blueberries with green tea 
      B- Eggs Fiesta 
      L- Chicken Breast and tomato wrapped in lettuce
      S- 1oz mixed nuts 
      D- PB&J with a glass of milk (sometimes ya just want
      one) 
      S- Tropical Strawberry Shakeology with added protein
   
      85 oz water

      Protein-116 
   
      WORKOUTS
      Turbo Fire HIIT 30 & Sculpt 30 
   
      Omg.... I had to stop and trow up just 15min into my HIIT lol
      and dragging myself up the stairs my legs are JELLO!!!
      Lol
