Spent the morning catching up on emails and feeding my bottomless pit 5 year old (lol)
Got in a good workout early, headed to town for errands, came home and mowed the lawn..... And let me tell you... If you live in south easy Texas you know that mowing the yard is as good as a day in a sauna... LOL more emails and customer consultations.... I'm beat lol
B-100 Cal cottage cheese with fruit
S- nectarine
L- shakeology with added protein
S- frozen yogurt (my daughter and my favorite, every once in a while, treat)
D- turkey burger with grilled onions and mushrooms on wheat bread
S- recovery after my workout tonight
