D- pinto beans, brown rice, Corn, avocado, corn tortilla

B- fruit sorbet
L- large mixed greens and veggies salad
D- pinto beans, brown rice, zucchini, green beans

Day 4/21
B- 2 cups of fruit, half cup of Greek yogurt, 1 slice of whole grain toast
L- Nori roll, Lentil lime salad, micro green salad
S- 1 cup of berries, 3/4 Co of yogurt
D- stir fry veggies, cucumber tomato salad, 3/4 cup of
quinoa
Had a busy day.... Got the veggies fit the week prepped, rice
for the week, quinoa for the week, soup for a few days....
And mowed the lawn feeling very accomplished!!! :)

B- oatmeal with agave nectar walnuts and Berries
L- quinoa salad, red bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and green beans with hummus
D- stir fry veggies, brown rice and miso soup

B- 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of whole grain toast,
kale w/ pine
nuts
L- green salad loaded with veggies, lime lentile salad
S- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt with honey, 1 cup strawberries
D- steelhead trout, 3/4 cup baby potatoes, 1 cup asparagus
1.5 gallons of distilled water
Had a rough night... The soreness kicked in from the toxins leaving my body..... Felt good throughout the day... Wish I could workout but I know its for the best!!

Day #2/21
B- 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup yogurt
L- Greek chicken salad with home made balsamic vinaigrette
dressing
S- small green apple with 1 tbs of peanut butter
D-Black beans, brown rice, corn, avocado, salsa, 1 corn
tortilla, steamed kale with pine nuts.
A little over one gallon of distilled water with himalayan
salt
No intense workouts aloud for the next 21 days!!
30 min walking, house cleaning and playing outside with
Fallon.
Why Kale?
Because its delicious!!!!
And......
Leafy greens are loaded with calcium, iron, chlorophyll, and Vitamin C, and help combat stress, lift the mood, and heal the organs. Considered a superfood, ingest every day, if possible.
My recipe- about 4-6 leaves (half a bunch), rip off of stems, place in my handy dandy pampered chef steamer, rinse, add about a half cup of water... Microwave for 3.5 min, drain if needed, salt with Himalayan salt and lemon juice to taste!!--- Enjoy!!!! :)
Varieties: kale, dandelion greens, swiss chard, collard greens, mustard greens, arugula, spinach, romaine, watercress.
Day one was a challenge but went good.... I was really tired by the afternoon... Bonus, slept like a baby!!!
