A few days ago I posted a picture that stated "This is no New Year Resolution, This is a LIFETIME REVOLUTION" and that is soooo true... so you start a diet, you going to lose weight, you stick you and even see some great results.. but if you don't really change the way you look at food and fitness in you life, make healthy choices out of habit, then you will fall right back to where you were.
Pounds Lost This Month ~ 8.5
Today's Menu-
Breakfast:
   Chocolate Shakeology with Almond Milk and half a banana
Snack #1:
   Cottage Cheese with Peaches
Lunch:
   Whole Wheat Tortilla with Low fat Cream Cheese, Cranberry Sauce and Turkey Slices
Snack #2:
    Rice Cake with Peanut Butter and the other half of Banana
Dinner:
     Side Salad and Chicken Leg from El Pollo Loco (300cal)
Post Workout Snack:
     Second Turkey Wrap with P90X Results and Recovery Drink

Total Calorie for the day 1485
(And if for some reason I have to snack between these, I have 12 raw almonds)
